By using this site, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Empowered Coaching is a UK-based educational and support provider specialising in neurodiversity, mental health awareness, and wellbeing. All content is created by a qualified practitioner and protected under UK copyright law.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All materials — including but not limited to PDFs, digital downloads, video/audio content, templates, workbooks, graphics, and written text — are the intellectual property of Empowered Coaching, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute materials without written permission
Share purchased content with others (including clients, colleagues, or schools)
Upload, republish or sell our content elsewhere (including Google Drive or social media)
You may:
Use materials for your own personal learning or support
Print or save content for individual, non-commercial use
Use reflection questions or insight gained in coaching or teaching with proper attribution
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are handled securely via Thinkific’s platform or approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds are offered on digital downloads unless required by UK consumer law.

Memberships & Recurring Billing
For subscription-based memberships, you will be billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis (depending on the plan you choose). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
Access to membership content will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not offered for partial months or unused time.
By signing up for a membership, you authorise recurring payments through the selected payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain up to date.
We reserve the right to modify membership content, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services or content:
For any unlawful, abusive, or unethical purpose
To infringe on any third-party rights
To attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ information
Any misuse may result in revoked access without refund.
Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Thinkific login credentials. You may not share your login with others or allow multiple users to access content under one account.
Access to courses or digital content may be time-limited depending on the purchase plan. We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

All content is educational in nature and not a substitute for medical or therapeutic advice. Empowered Coaching does not diagnose conditions or provide emergency mental health services.
